Commercial Agreements with your First Customers

Are you partnering with large companies and public organizations you met through Ignite Sweden? Do not let legal hurdles slow you down.

In partnership with RosholmDell Advokatbyrå, we invite startups and scaleups to a focused 90-minute workshop where we will dissect critical aspects of essential agreements (NDAs, SaaS/DPA, Pilot/PoC, Supply, Licensing, etc.) focusing on what really matters for startups and how you can get the deal done with flexibility but without taking unreasonable risks.

Lastly, get your questions answered in a dedicated Q&A session – submit them in advance via the registration form!

You also have the chance to meet one-on-one with lawyers from RosholmDell Advokatbyrå for tailored legal advice on 9 and 10 February. Please indicate your interest in the registration form, and we’ll send you more details.

Important Information Regarding Your Participation

The workshops are free of charge and open to startups and scaleups that have met established organizations through Ignite Sweden.

The cost of the 1:1 legal advice meetings with lawyers from RosholmDell Advokatbyrå is covered with funding from Vinnova (referred to as “Verifieringsmedel” in Swedish). Once your startup receives the confirmation of acceptance for these consultations, our team will contact you with instructions on how to access this funding.
